Clinical Leadership That Sets the Standard
Dr. Kevin P. Lewis, D.C., Founder and Director of Clinical Services, has been named South Carolina Chiropractor of the Year by the South Carolina Chiropractic Association. He is also a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP), bringing a systems-based, evidence-informed approach to patient care. Dr. Lewis serves as an expert witness in auto accident and injury cases, helping explain injury mechanisms, functional loss, and clinical findings clearly and objectively when medical documentation matters.

Why Greenville Spine Institute Is Different
Many chiropractic offices focus on quick adjustments and short-term relief. At Greenville Spine Institute, we take a diagnostic-first, precision-based approach to care.
Our doctors evaluate how your spine moves, how your nervous system functions, and why symptoms persist — so care is targeted, ethical, and effective.
- Advanced motion study X-rays to analyze spinal biomechanics in motion
- Hill DT non-surgical spinal decompression — a level of precision not available with standard traction tables
- Evidence-informed chiropractic adjustments
- Rehabilitation and neuromuscular reeducation to reduce recurrence
- Extensive experience with complex auto accident injuries

How We Help You Get Clear Answers
Comprehensive Evaluation
A detailed consultation and examination focused on your symptoms, history, and goals.
Objective Diagnosis
When appropriate, motion study X-rays allow us to evaluate how your spine moves — not just how it looks.
Personalized Care Plan
Care may include chiropractic adjustments, Hill DT decompression, rehabilitation, or movement retraining — based on findings, not templates.
